‘hide u‘ was created back in 2000 when the original kosheen members/producers, markee & darren, whilst having a loop playing in the background, had a chilli eating competition in their studio after working on a new track. sian wasn’t hot for chilies and would not have been able to sing if she had partaken, so sian started singing a mantra over the loop, the guys loved it, recorded it and ‘hide u’ was born.

‘hide u [decoder & substance 12″ remix]’ a simple uncomplicted groove merged into a couple of gloriously repeated vocal verses, bristling with super-effective harmonies and topped off with methodical programming – a masterpeice of a tune!
